" Tim was key note speaker at our recent Sales and Distribution conference in january 2008, our theme was "One Team Customer First" I was looking for a speaker with a team sport background able to speak from the heart with real examples of how an effective team can deliver outstanding performance, which in our world is great customer service. Tim really hit the spot, able to engage the delegates through his honest warts and all approach. The delegates also commented on how useful the video clips Tim used throughout his presentation were as those unfamiliar with Rugby quickly realised the part Tim played in some great Lecister victories.
